When the driver finishes the last stop, a Tour waits for your review in Orbit MissionControl. The review gathers everything worth a second look on one page, lets you correct stop times and add missing proofs, and closes the tour with Complete Review.
Key highlights
A tour is ready for review once it reads Review Required. Open it with Open Review on the tour, or with Review in the tour's status bar. The review opens next to the tour.
Before the last stop is done, the review reads Review Available After the End of the Tour. Once a tour is Completed, it reads Review Completed, together with "Shippers can see the proofs of this tour." When Orbit closed the tour on its own, the line reads "Completed automatically because this tour had no findings." instead. See Automatic Tour Completion for when that happens.
The status line names the state of the tour and decides whether Complete Review can be selected.
| Title | What it means | Complete Review |
|---|---|---|
| No Findings | Every stop is fully recorded. | Available |
| Check 3 Findings | The findings list holds three points to look at. They do not block completion. | Available |
| 2 Open Clarification Cases | Clarification cases on this tour are still open. The review can only be completed once they are settled. | Unavailable, with the note Settle the clarification cases first |
| Data Incomplete | The proofs, the execution history or the clarification cases could not be loaded, so status and figures may be incomplete. Select Try Again to reload them. | Available |
| Loading Data | The review is still reading the tour's proofs, history or clarification cases. | Available |
When automatic completion is on and kept this tour for a person, the line under Check 3 Findings reads "Automatic completion is on. This tour is waiting for a manual review because of these findings." The findings are the ones in the list below it.
Next to the button, a note reminds you that Shippers see the proofs afterwards: proofs reach the shipper once the review is complete. If your role may not change the tour, the note reads No permission and the button cannot be selected.
Four figures sit below the status line.
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Service Time Used | The time spent at the stops, against the service time the plan includes ("incl. 90 min"). The detail shows the minutes over plan, or "within plan". Only stops with both an arrival and a departure count. When some stops have no times, the value reads as a minimum ("≥ 75 min") and the detail names how many stops are without times. The figure follows your corrections. |
| Proofs | Proofs present against proofs required, such as "5 of 6", with how many are missing or "complete". When the proofs could not be loaded, it shows "–" and "not loaded". |
| Loads | All loads on the tour, with how many failed and how many were completed with a note, or "all delivered". Loads that failed on shipments later removed from the tour appear as "+1 from removed shipments": point at it to see the reason, comment and time of each. |
| Price | The tour's net price. Point at the number of items to see the line items. |
Below the figures, Findings lists everything worth a look, in up to three groups. A group with nothing in it is left out, and a tour without findings shows no list.
Open clarification cases on the tour, each with its name and when it is due. Open opens the case. Complete Review stays unavailable until every case is settled.
Points to look at before you complete the review. They do not block completion.
| Finding | What it means |
|---|---|
| 2 loads not delivered | The driver reported loads at this stop as failed. |
| Stop failed | The stop failed as a whole, without a single load failing. |
| Signature missing | The stop requires a proof of this type and none is there. The finding names the proof type. |
| Delivery receipt not created | A delivery receipt could not be created from the recipient's signature. |
| 1 load confirmed without scan | The driver confirmed a load by hand instead of scanning it. |
| Times not recorded | The driver did not record the arrival or the departure. |
| Service time 18 min over plan | The tour used more service time than planned. The finding names the stops that drove the overrun. |
| 1 load failed, shipment removed afterwards | A load failed on a shipment that was later removed from the tour. It belongs to no stop. |
Loads completed with a note, such as "1 load with note: Packaging damaged". A note does not change the outcome of the load; see Load Status Tracking.
Select a finding to jump to its stop: the stop list switches to All, the stop opens, and it is marked so you can find it at a glance.
If part of the tour's data could not be loaded, a line at the top of the list says so, with Try Again. This covers the proofs, the execution history (failed loads of removed shipments may be missing) and the clarification cases (open cases may be blocking the review).
The stops follow under Stops · 8. The filter All | With findings · 3 narrows the list to the stops with findings.
Each stop is one line: its number and company, the arrival and departure times, the time spent with the minutes over plan, and its proof status, such as "2/2" or "2/3". A stop without required proofs shows how many proofs were uploaded. A second line under the company names the stop's findings.
Stops with something to check are open when the review loads. Stops without findings, and stops with only a note, stay closed. An open stop shows its times, its failed loads, its loads with a note, and its proofs. A stop you close stays closed.
The driver's arrival and departure times are what the review saves, unless you correct them. A map marker next to a recorded time shows where the driver recorded it, compared with the stop address.
Open the stop and select the pencil, Edit Times. On a stop without recorded times, select Enter Times.
Enter the Arrival and Departure times. The duration updates as you type, and the times the driver recorded are shown below for reference. A departure before the arrival cannot be applied: correct one of the two times first.
Select Apply, or Cancel to keep the times as they were.
A corrected stop carries the tag Changed, shows the driver's times, and offers Reset to return to them. Corrections are saved with the review, when you select Complete Review. Service Time Used and the stop's duration follow each correction straight away.
A time the driver did not record reads "not recorded". Until you enter it, the stop does not count towards Service Time Used.
An open stop lists its proofs under Proofs, with a short summary such as "All 3 present" or "2 of 3 present". Select Upload Proof to add a proof to the stop.
Each required proof that is not there takes a placeholder in the grid, such as Signature missing, with Upload. Upload opens the upload with that proof type already chosen. A Scan or a Documented Signature cannot be uploaded by hand, so its placeholder reads "Can only be captured in Cockpit" instead.
A delivery receipt that could not be created does not count as a proof. The stop shows it as missing, just as automatic completion does, and the receipt's tile offers Regenerate to create it again. See Documented Signatures & Delivery Receipts.
Select Complete Review in the status line. Orbit saves your corrected times, the tour moves to Completed, and the review closes. If a clarification case was opened since the review loaded, Orbit refuses the completion with Tour Has Open Clarification Cases and shows the case in the list.
Julia, an operator at Spaceport Shipping Co., opens the review of an eight-stop tour around Lyon. The status line reads Check 3 Findings. The list names a missing signature at stop 3, times not recorded at stop 6, and a load with a note at stop 5. She selects the missing signature: stop 3 opens, and the driver, Mohammad, has emailed a photo of the signed delivery note, so she selects Upload on the placeholder and adds it. At stop 6 the driver forgot to record the departure; Julia selects Enter Times, enters 14:20 and 14:35 from the driver's call, and applies them. Service Time Used updates, and Julia selects Complete Review.
Only open clarification cases do. Findings in Check and For Information are there to be looked at, and Complete Review stays available.
Either the tour still has open clarification cases, or your role may not change the tour, in which case the note next to the button reads No permission.
They are not kept. Corrections are saved only together with the review, when you select Complete Review.
Some stops have no recorded arrival or departure. Those stops do not count, so the value is a minimum. Enter their times to complete it.
No. Both can only be captured by the driver in Orbit Cockpit. Their placeholder says so and offers no upload.
The receipt could not be created, so it does not count. Use Regenerate on its tile. If it fails again, check the receipt template.
No. The review becomes available once the driver has finished the last stop.
